First Responder Neurodiversity & De-Escalation Training
Implementing lived-experience de-escalation models (such as the R.Y.A.N. Protocol and the G.A.I.N.E.R. Framework), advancing the Blue Envelope Program, and creating voluntary 911 Premise Alert Registries with local dispatch centers.
Autism Acceptance & Family Circles
The Ryan D. Gainer Memorial Scholarship:
Providing vital financial support to neurodivergent graduating seniors and students pursuing higher education or trade careers in mental health, special education, psychology, and advocacy.
Legislative Reform
Creating inclusive spaces, family support networks, and community educational workshops across the High Desert and beyond.
Advocating for "The Ryan Gainer Safety Standard" to mandate neurodiversity-led de-escalation training across California public safety academies.
